What You Can Bring to a Session
You don’t need a “big” problem to book a session. People often come with themes like:

Feeling blocked or stuck despite effort

Repeating the same patterns in work, money, relationships, or self-worth

Feeling torn between wanting change and wanting safety

Stepping outside a comfort zone (career, life direction, visibility)

Create an Intention
Decide what you’d like to shift or explore.
Your intention might be broad (confidence, self-trust) or specific (a recurring situation or feeling).

Identify Key Areas of Focus
Choose 1–3 areas to transform:
Self-esteem, relationships, health, career, money, personal growth, or spiritual development.

Recognize Patterns
Notice what keeps repeating:
limiting thoughts, automatic emotional reactions, stuck situations.

Define What You Want Instead
Examples: “I trust myself,” “It’s safe to express who I am,” “I move through life with ease and confidence.”

Set the Space
Quiet, private space, hydrated, headphones for audio sessions, pen/paper handy.
You don’t need to be “ready” or have everything figured out.
