How long is a session?

Most sessions last 60 minutes and are online.

The exact length depends on your goals and the number of balances included.

How far apart should sessions be?

Most people leave 2–3 weeks between sessions. This allows time to integrate the shifts and notice changes in daily life. There’s no fixed rule — we adjust based on what feels supportive for you.

How long do the changes last?

When new beliefs are fully integrated and practiced in daily life, changes can be long-lasting. Action steps and conscious application improve integration.

Is the session safe and non-invasive?

Yes. PSYCH-K® is gentle and non-invasive. During the session, we may briefly connect with past, present, or potential future patterns that are creating stress—but you remain fully in control throughout the process.

Will I feel something physical during a session?

During the balance, you may notice subtle shifts—mental, emotional, or physical—that indicate your subconscious has integrated the new belief.

How many sessions will I need?

Some people notice shifts after just one session, while others choose follow-ups to explore additional patterns or deepen previous changes.

How quickly do PSYCH-K® balances work?

Some shifts happen immediately, others emerge gradually as your subconscious integrates new beliefs. Subtle changes often appear first, followed by noticeable shifts in thoughts, feelings, and actions.

Does PSYCH-K® replace therapy or medical care?

No. PSYCH-K® complements but does not replace medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment. Those with unresolved trauma or acute conditions should work with a qualified professional alongside PSYCH-K®.

Can PSYCH-K® be done online?

Absolutely. Using surrogation, the facilitator can connect with your subconscious remotely—safely and effectively, with your permission.

What are Action Steps?

An action step is one small, specific thing you choose to do that puts your new belief into practice — in a real situation. For example, speaking up where you would normally stay silent, asking for support instead of handling everything alone, setting a clear boundary, or taking a step you previously avoided.

Payment FAQs

When do I pay for my session or package?

Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your session.
For multi-session packages, full payment is required upfront, and your first session is scheduled during checkout.

Will I receive a confirmation of my booking?

Yes! After your payment is completed, Wix automatically sends a confirmation email with your session details, including date, time, and any instructions you need. Keep this email — it contains the link to manage or reschedule your session.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

If a refund is approved, it is processed through Stripe. Depending on your bank, the refund usually appears on your account within 5–10 business days.

How are late arrivals handled?

If you arrive late, the session is considered started, and the payment for that session is non-refundable. The session will still end at the originally scheduled time.

How do I pay for my session or package?

Payments are processed securely online through Stripe. You can pay using major credit or debit cards. Your booking is confirmed once the payment is completed.

What happens if I cancel a session or package?

If you cancel before your first session, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase (EU right of withdrawal).

After the first session, unused sessions from a package may be refunded manually at the package’s per-session rate.

What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your session through the booking link in your confirmation email.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are considered used and cannot be refunded.

Can I pay for a package in installments?

No. Multi-session packages require full payment at the time of booking. This secures your package and allows your sessions to be scheduled as you progress.

Referral Program FAQs

How does the referral program work?

Share your referral code with a friend.
They receive 35€ off their first Single Session (60 min).
Once their payment is confirmed, you receive a 35€ credit for a future session.

Can I use my referral credit on my current package?

No. Referral credits apply only to future bookings.

When do I receive my referral credit?

After your friend’s payment is confirmed. The credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

What happens if my friend cancels?

If the referred session is cancelled or refunded, the referral credit is void.
