Muscle testing isn’t about strength—it’s a gentle feedback system that shows whether your subconscious has accepted a new belief.

Online, I use surrogation, a way of connecting remotely. Think of it like remote access to a computer: with your permission, I 'check in' to help identify and update subconscious patterns safely and effectively.

 

Nothing is done TO you, but WITH you—your system makes all the  shifts from within.

After a PSYCH-K® Session

Action Steps

  • At the end of a session, if relevant, I may invite you to choose one or two simple action steps to integrate your new beliefs into daily life.

  • Not every session requires them, but when used, they help translate subconscious shifts into real-world results.
