This policy applies to all PSYCH-K® sessions booked through EmpoWired.

Payment Terms

 

Payments
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Payment is taken at the time of booking for single sessions and multi-session packages. Refunds, when applicable, are issued manually and typically take 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.

 

Single Sessions
Full payment is required at the time of booking (70€).

 

Multi-Session Packages
Full payment is required at booking (discounted per-session rate applies).

After completing payment, your first session is scheduled at checkout. Remaining sessions are arranged together as you progress.

Packages must be used within the following validity periods:

  • 3-session package: valid for 3 months

  • 5-session package: valid for 6 months

  • 10-session package: valid for 12 months

 

Packages are designed to support consistent progress, so sessions should be used within the validity period. Extensions are not guaranteed. Unused sessions after the validity period are forfeited.

 

Account Requirement

To use multi-session packages, you must create or log in to your account.
This allows EmpoWired to track your sessions, recognize your package during booking, and manage remaining sessions correctly.

Referral Program

Refer a friend and give them 35€ off their first Single Session (60 min).
You will receive 35€ credit toward a future booking once your friend’s payment is confirmed.

Referral credits:

  • Single-use only

  • Non-transferable

  • Valid for 12 months from issue

  • Cannot be combined with other promotions

If a referred booking is cancelled or refunded, the referral credit becomes void.

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Under EU consumer law, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days, provided the first session has not yet taken place.

  • Within 14 days of purchase and before the first session: full refund.

  • After the first session: refunds for unused sessions from a package may be issued manually and are calculated based on the package’s per-session price.

  • Payments are non-refundable in the following cases:

  • The session has already taken place (including late arrival)

  • A cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled session

 

Rescheduling & No-Shows

  • You may reschedule yourself in our booking system, as long as you give at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.

 

Cancellation by EmpoWired

If I must cancel a session, you will be notified promptly and offered a reschedule or full refund.
